Find Some Time x 8Diamond Bring Multiple Music Videos

After a successful first collaborative effort, Spencer of Find Some Time and local Hip Hop artist/producer 8Diamond continue to build their catalog with two new music videos. Using the songs, Backend, and HQD from the artist's debut 16-track project, Double Life. Despite lacking any real budget to work with, the duo manages to bring enticing content utilizing Spencer's personality-infused visual style in combination with 8Diamond's unique flavor of vocal delivery and self-produced instrumentation.

Starting first with Backend, featuring artist SarraCnote, Spencer reveals that when scouting for locations, the three had decided to try knocking on the doors of mansion residents in an attempt to use their property for filming.

"We wanted to shoot in a nicer area so we went to these big houses to ask if we could use it as a backdrop. The first few people turned us down. Eventually, though, we managed to find someone willing to let us record. They were super chill and had a lot of parrots."

After the first location, the group proceeded to film in various public spaces such as a local baseball field and nearby street corners.

When it came to the next video, HQD, the entirety of filming took place at 8Diamond's house. Despite the simple setting, Spencer manages to bring a level of vibrancy and visual spectacle that encapsulates the vibe of 8Diamond's sound while still maintaining the director's home-video shooting style. Of course, with an outcome such as this, it's no surprise that Spencer considers it to be one of his favorite videos he has made to date.
